Sharpening – Important Tips
Tiny metal or stone particles may leave black marks on your cutting board after sharpening. *Wooden boards are especially prone to staining.
To prevent this:
If sharpening on a wooden board, place a cloth directly on the cutting board to avoid scratches and marks.Rinse and dry the blade thoroughly after sharpening.
